INSURANCE COVERAGE AND PAYMENT FOR OUR SERVICES
We are not a participating provider with any insurance company or with Medicare, so we do not normally bill a patient's insurance company for our services. Rather, we have our patients pay us in full at the time of service, and then we are happy to submit a detailed claim to the insurance company showing that the patient paid us, and then the insurance company sends a reimbursement check directly to the patient. We try our best to make our fees affordable following the reasonable and customary guidelines, and we do submit insurance claims on behalf of our patients promptly. Many if not most insurances do pay a percentage of our "out of network" services after the deductible is met. Please call your insurance company or go online to check on the specifics of your "out of network" chiropractic coverage.
